“No mechanic will ever admit that they did something wrong” - S&W Mechanic. This shop and their staff hold true to that statement. I was charged for work that I did not consent to and was refused a refund. They disregarded my questions after giving me conflicting information and continually tried to redirected the conversation to how they should be doing all of my repairs.

Excellent service couldn't ask for anyone who is more honest. Have been a customer for many years. If Wayne can't fix your vehicle no one can.

This is a great business that has been open for many years and has very loyal/honest staff. One of the last full serve gas stations in St.Catharines area too I might add. Good business and would recommend.

So-so...

Been going there for 8+ years. I trusted them, but over the past couple years, I began to intermittently question a few things. Most recently... last December I took my car in for an oil change, and they mentioned that a certain something (too long to explain) would have to be fixed probably the next time in, or soon. Well, after some debate I took my vehicle to two other places for quotes, for comparison, regarding this. They both said that it was not even close to being necessary. Raised an eyebrow, to say the least. On a different note, they have photos up of their child's teams which they've sponsored. Don't expect them to do likewise; no matter how long you've been a customer. Seems to be a one-way street for them or who you know (connections). Didn't expect either from them. Tacky to say the least. Won't even mention how the two things made me feel (expletives/anger among other words/emotions). Never got an explanation, nor a sincere apology, so I changed garages.
