Our owner had contacted Adrianne regarding a heat treatment. She came on time, but she hasn't asked to what type of property the service will be provided. If a property is a condominium there is not enough power to kill bed bugs with a heat treatment, and it's a well know fact for those who provides this type of services. We had left the heaters on for 24 hours, slept in a home where the temperature went up to 43C and bed bugs were still alive.
