A highly disappointing experience for scheduling an examination. Despite booking an appointment months in advance, I received a call just a day before the scheduled date, notifying me of the need to reschedule. The receptionist exhibited a notably poor attitude and displayed unprofessionalism, offering only the explanation that it wasn't her fault. While I can appreciate unforeseen circumstances, the lack of prior communication and the unhelpful attitude were particularly disheartening.
