I would like to be connected quickly to my own branch without all the useless options
The only option I want when I call the local number for my branch is to be connected with a familiar person at the branch
After going through all the nonsense I get the recording Sorry we r having trouble Call back later
Why not just day that at the beginning and be done Also every time I try to change a word the screen changes ???
I love RBC but you need to make these things

Please, I just want a direct number to my local branch!!!!!! Is that too much to ask? Ten minutes later, still not connected. Very poor system. A person should be able to talk with their local bank employees, whom we are very familiar with, and not a call centre. Speaking of which, I could actually hear the other workers voices in the call center very clearly (Understand what I'm sayin?)You might want to fix that, as there would be some confidential information being given out wouldn't there?
