I experience poor service. I paid to have my rental unit appraised and they appraised my Triplex as a Duplex. I reached out to the appraiser and they did not re-evaluate my property, they merely crossed out the duplex and wrote triplex. The communication was horrible. They have not provided any justification or proper response. I do not recommend their service.
