bathroom renovation. They have similar products to any solid flooring store. I was very impressed with customer service when choosing my designs, however I was told that I would need a product ( power grout) and bought it but my installer said that it was the wrong colour and lavallee would not take back. The unsolicited product that was purchased on their recommendation and the bill did not state that there was no refund. Customer service post purchase is poor.
