Left my credit card to pay for the room and was double charged for parking. Specifically asked if parking would be preauthorized as well and was told I was to pay upon exiting the garage. When I inserted my ticket I was charged 39 dollars. A few days letter extra parking charges showed on my credit card for 19.90. 60 dollars in parking for less than 24 hours. Called and emailed customer service (including receipts of transactions and was told I would receive a call from the manager. Never did.

Decent rooms, if outdated decor etc. Nice new tv's but only limited channel selection (what? I've stayed in sleazy dives where you had proper cable!). Avoid the "breakfast buffet" - you can get better for less within a 10 minute walk, it was worse than I ate ever in the army! A/C needs to work better, no matter what we did it was still too hot. Lots of beggars pass by front door, so if you are out there for a smoke or waiting for cab, be prepared to be approached several times.
