TCAs are a non-profit organization whose main objective is to promote an ecological society by any means necessary. The membership over the last two years was on a volunteer basis both within the market and that of ETA. We could have forty members. We are sure that no sacagera volunteer organization. Since its inception in 1987, the ETA have worked in the field of training on backyard composting. Government subsidies help, the group at the time undertook projects on estuaries of the St. Lawrence and another project that resulted in the production of two educational CDs that have had their share of copyright law and related a few thousand dollars in cash ATE . With the loss of government subsidies, the ATE have become dormant and incorporation has been maintained by Jean-Pierre Landry, former president, who used copyrights to keep receipts this incorporation.more...See more text
