Nothing but obvious contempt for their customers. After waiting through a dozen options the phone tells me to call back, but push "3," but the choice locally doesn't give me anyone to talk with. They're lying about things like "Care," or "Customer Service." Waiting 17 minutes for a representative isn't Customer Service, especially when the answer was "maybe try again later, we don't know what's wrong." Unacceptable.
