The same goes with simple carbohydrates like white bread, white potatoes, cookies, cakes and the like. These foods fulfill the old adage "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips". Instead, fuel up with healthy unprocessed carbohydrates such as brown rice, beans or protein-rich quinoa.
Add an exercise routine that includes both cardio and weight training to really get your body burning fat. Activities, such as walking, running or swimming are great for getting rid of saddlebags because they burn calories overall. If you want to really feel the results in the fit of your pants, then weight training is essential. Why tone muscles with conditioning exercises? Not only do stronger muscles burn more calories than fat, they also take up less space, which will make your saddlebags appear smaller. Try exercises like lunges, squats and step-ups.
