    BEC provided professional, detailed assessments on time - great in helping determine the viability and associated costs with remediation of property being considered for purchase. BEC's assessment report contains what the business and the bank needs to know about the property BEFORE purchase - on time delivery means no hold ups in the offer to purchase. Great assessment at a good price.
