Terrible service. They lied to me three times about the delivery time of the flowers. They even told me that they were delivered at 11:45 but while I was talking to my wife at 11:59 the flowers showed up. They didnt even care about the lies they told me

First off it was very difficult to understand the middle aged lady that works here. She has a heavy accent of some sort and attempting to understand her was incredibly frustrating AND she finished my sentences for me which was rude and annoying.I have no problem with accents but when working in the service industry it does not work. Second, the flowers were boring and lacked creativity. Not happy about my visit here.
