High turn around with staff at this location and lack of training. Due to lack of training they were unable to assist with adding minutes without error. They added the minutes to the wrong account. The manager called out the employee as they bombed it. Well I think the reason they didn't know what they were doing was due to lack of training from the manager. They promised us free minutes and lotions due to the inconvenience which the manager later retracted and changed her mind. Do not recommend

I have been a customer of Village Square Fabutan in Calgary for more than two years. The effect of using the Red Light rejuvenation has significantly helped the pain and stiffness of my arthritis. I am so grateful for this treatment that helps me walk without pain. I am also grateful to Alex for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and creating a luxurious spa feel.
