Milano Nails & Spa

Had a manicure at Milano nails today. No water to soak the hands in, started by scraping away roughly on the dry nails & cuticles, even using a grinder on them. No towel on the plastic arm rest-it felt cold & slimy. She was mean, did everything roughly,rudely & with resentment. I am elderly, close to 80, & as I struggled to get my vest on w/out damaging the manicure or getting oil on it, she stood by w/a cold, mean stare. No tip, never going back.

I like the ladies that work there. Enjoy the facial with Tran. Reasonable prices.

They have a sign out front advertising 20% off all services. When I went in they gave me regular price and would not honor their posted sign for 20% off. False advertising as far as I'm concerned.

My mum and I arrived ten mins prior to our 1100 appt that we made about 10 days in advance,our appt did not start till 1130 where we were sat down in the stations. At 1130 another client walked in for her 1130 appt and was sat in her station. There were 2 staff members for 3 clients and they let 1 staff work on my mum and I and the other lady had her staff member. She was done 1 hour prior to us, our appt took almost 3 hrs (all 3 of us had the same mani and pedi!). Poor time management!
