The service dept. is always helpful and courteous. I was able to make an appointment to bring my truck in the next day and it was done early that day. The service writer, Jenn explained everything and I was out the door in just a few minutes, great service.
I had a service for my F150 yesterday. From the beginning,booking my appointment, dropping off with the service advisor (Liane), being picked up by the shuttle driver to paying for the work while my vehicle was being brought around to the door.
I don’t think there was anything that did not give me a very positive impression.
They have looked after me well in the past but this time was above and beyond.

Jennifer was my advisor, and she was very friendly and helpful. Ford did not carry a trailer hitch for my Focus, but she was able to find a different company that could help me. Other items of concern were handled perfectly.

Always greeted by a friendly bunch of staff who have you checked in and on your way quickly and efficiently. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fiona who is an absolute rockstar at her job. She loves what she does. Always has the customer as her number 1 priority and constantly raises the bar every time I go to this service department.
Took our F150 in for an oil change and a recall on block heater wire which passed recall. No service required. Brittany was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She is a great service advisor.
Took my car for recal, was happy with service given. Liane was my advisor she was very professional and even arranged for a car for me to use while my car was being serviced.
Amazing staff with such a warm welcoming experience! I highly recommend this place...I drive from out of the city as my local dealer does not have the same family feeling as Northstar!!
