    So disappointed

    So disappointed. I received 2 different pieces as gifts at different times and have had problems with both. The first needed the latch replaced which was going to cost ($40 because I didn't have the warranty) not a problem, I got the piece back and within a week it was broken AGAIN. I took it back and was told I'd have to pay again because it could break in "2 days, a week, a few months". The manager eventually helped and i got it taken care of free. The second piece needed to be sized and I was given 2 different prices within a few minutes by different staff as i got shuffled around. Poor customer service, poor repairs my family and I won't be buying from Peoples again. Buyer Beware!

    Poor Customer Service & Poor Repairs

    We took my wifes engagement ring for a repair, when it first came back it they had put huge gashes in the ring, so we sent it back. 6 weeks later it came back, the gashes were fixed but they had covered some of the diamonds, they suggested that they send it away again to Toronto but it could take over 2 months. They were never accommodating during the whole situation, needless to say we have never gone back and advise anyone who wants to shop there to be very weary.
