Either or both of the employees at this location are always friendly and patient, Marda Loop is my Go To location !

I was in the other day to mail a few parcels. The woman serving was quite rude. I understand everyone is feeling the stress of our current situation but a smile and a pleasant demeanour goes a long way!!! We all appreciate those who remain in the service industry, everyone is doing their bit! Be kind, be respectful always, period!!!

Amazingly fast service. I was moving to a new home and waiting on urgent mail. There were no mail boxes installed but the supervisor Mike dealt with my request promptly and politely. I received my correspondence the next day. Great job

I have never had a more rude and unhelpful customer experience.
