    One of the only barbers who is genuinely precise and cares about every cut. Joe does not take shortcuts! The ONLY place I will go.

    No Credit cards o...

    No Credit cards or Debit card, only cash. Charges as he goes along. No receipt. Very expensive $30. and higher for a normal mans haircut without washing. Has no prices posted, so you don't know what you have to pay.Strange situation.
