I've been trying ...

I've been trying to help out a lady with her Mini who was getting nowhere with the BMW dealerships in Calgary. Her Mini only has 60K Km's and ran terrible. BMW looked at it and gave her a quote in the thousands of dollars to repair. The guys at Vitek were recommended so we took it to them. They were awesome and have helped her get it repaired at no cost due to the open dealership recalls and their own incompetence. This would never have happened if Vitek had not come to the rescue.

It was our first time at Vitek's, having such bad luck with our BMW dealership, a friend recommended that we go there for service. It took about 3 weeks to book an appointment. But it is sooo worth it! Very professional office. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place if you own a BMW.

Will Not Work on Older BMWs

I asked them to do some work on my 1988 BMW M5 and was advised that they will not work on anything older than 1995. Makes you wonder why they feature a 1988 M3 in their ads.

Best in the biz

These guys are the best in the business. Very thorough, honest and great personally. They will review what is needed to be done for maintenance as well as indicate what will be required in future. (starting to wear etc.) It is a breath of fresh air to have someone who works on your car that cares for it as if it was theirs. Rates are reasonable and staff is cream of the crop. Owning an M6 I am very particular on who services the car. After being to others and finally finding Vitech no one else will touch this car outside of the staff at Vitech. The best car service I have ever had.
