absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain. Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour. He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order. Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly. Friendly, professional and quick. Very happy.

Had a tech in for our LG fridge to check why ice was collecting at the bottom of the freezer and the ice maker was not working. He said the drainage hose was blocked and the ice maker was $400 to replace. We ended up cleaning the coils and fan. We were also able to repair the ice maker ourselves. When doing our own maintenance we noticed the water intake line was leaking. This was missed by the tech. Poor service. Would not recommend.

Called this company for service on 3 newer appliances on a Saturday. They said they would try to come out that day but that they may not make it until Monday. I was really not expecting same day service, so I was very impressed but I did say Monday would be fine. When no one showed up Saturday I made arrangements to take the day off work Monday. Well no one came Monday either. I called again and they said they would send someone Tuesday. I could not take another day off work so I advised that on

They take your money!! 5 minute repair for a part they carried many of in their van, at $125 over the retail price! Also told us we couldn't fix ourselves due to not having the required codes. Guess what? Upon investigation, the codes were in plain site on the label inside of fridge. We don't mind paying the service charge. After all - we called them. Calling them was our act of good faith. They did not return the gesture! Unethical! Stay away. By the way, you will not see my review on their own site because it is blocked. The few other poor reviews must have snuck their way on!! And, stay away from these guys!!!

Experienced a great service from very professional staff and knowledgeable technician. City appliances were prompt in dispatching assistance at a very short notice. Problem was identified and resolved in a very short span of time.

no customer satisfaction

I had a tech come last week to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining I took some of it apart to get the water out as it was overflowing. When I finally ran a cycle the bottom rack was not cleaned at all. I phoned to ask him to come back and fix the problem. He refused and said it was not his issue. I will never use them again.
