Very rude and unfriendly! Had to come back to fix a problem already paid for. Blamed us for the problem. Dishwasher still has issues but definitely will bot be calling him back to fix it. I would definitely not recommend this repair service!
The tech/owner showed up a day late to service a Samsung washer under warranty he said he ordered parts on Tuesday it would take two days called him the following Monday he didnt order parts wasnt going to until sometime that week I got upset and he said he wasnt coming back at all
wasim was very helpful and kind. My washing machine was broken and I needed it fixed urgently, he came the same day and fixed it. My machine is working great and I will definitely call Wasim if I have another broke appliance
Our experience with wasim was great. We had a broken stove and he fixed it without us having to order a part with saved us a lot of money. Would recommend him to anyone he has a lot of experience
Wasim needs to brush up on his personal communication skills. Even talking to him on the phone regarding an appointment or a problem gives me the impression he hates people.
Passim has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. He first told us that we broke our own dishwasher installing it. We then had to call him to follow up on the parts he had said he would order a week later and he stated that he doesn't order those kinds of parts. There was no communication what so ever for the week prior and we have been without a dishwasher now for 2 weeks. I would never recommend this man to come into your house. waste of time.

If you are a good tech you stay up to date on new appliances. It was only a interior water line leak on a kitchen bottom mount. Not brain science.
Also failed to meet 2 appointment times.
