    Lake cabin design

    Cam designed a modular cabin for our lake lot in 2009. Even though we were in different cities he made the process painless. The design was very practical, efficient and still esthetically pleasing. He used his wealth of construction knowledge to give many suggestions which saved us time and money. Cam was able to accommodate almost all our wants. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We have been enjoying our place for the last couple of summers and are truly happy with his design. Highly recommend Cam's services!

    Well Planned

    Cam designed an up/down duplex for me on a narrow lot, He did a nice layout incorporating the features I was looking for, I was able to save money with this design and put that saving towards upgrades. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a home plan.

    Timber renovation design

    We were planning to add a structure to our home using timber and SIP for a larger great room. We were considering many possibilities of how to integrate smoothly with the existing home without it looking like we did a renovation. Cam was very patient and listened to our ideas while adding his perspective based on his practical knowledge of building timber structures. He knew what was possible and also cost-effective to turn our dream into reality. In addition to the 2d drawings, Cam created fantastic 3d drawings in Sketchup from many perspectives, providing the best visual representation of our new home. We are now proceeding with the detailed design and build thanks to his work that actually got my wife and I agreeing. I would definitely recommend Cam to anyone looking for a great designer.

    Very knowledgeable, Clear, and Supportive

    I Have had the honour to build 4 homes designed by Cam. All his plans have been clear, informative, without to much information which allows my trades to do their job efficiently. Cam was quite accommodating with the last 2 houses, as their were a few changes along the way. Because of Cams experience in construction in general, he was able to assist in many areas of the design which made the construction process better; for example,designing a mechanical chase. Cam was also there for you through the journey of building your home, from bottom- up, he was a phone call away if you had a question or two.

    Wonderful home design in just weeks

    I was given Cam's number when i called Keltic Homes. I had called Cam later that evening and had a pleasant conversation about designing our new home. He was very helpful with great ideas that made our home the wonderful place it is today. I started my home in May of 2009 and was completed in June of 2010, I, myself was the general contractor and that is why it may have taken a bit longer. Cam was very easy to work with and made changes almost immediately. Cam made trips to our house at a time that was convenient to us and our family, to go over plans and was not satisfied with the outcome until you were! We had Cam draw up a 1900 sq ft bungalow for our location just east of Legal, AB. Great job and would recommend to anyone!

    Knowledgeable, Professional, Patient!

    We took a leap of faith with Cam, and it has been a great experience. My husband and I had discussed building a home for years, but we couldn't agree on a plan. Through a referral, we hired Cam to start drawing. He's been patient, thorough, and has a good understanding of the building process. He's made very helpful recommendations along the way. We highly recommend Cam to help you design your home.
