    Ordered flowers for Mothers day and received my order confirmation. Nothing delivered. Called the shop all week no answer and voicemail box full. I had to scramble for something else. Then 16 days later flowers are left on the doorstop and my card is charged. I called the store told them inappropriate I expect a refund. They said because of Covid19 they could not deliverable. I asked why would you not contact the customer you never attempted contact. POOR SERVICE
