Fone 11 Coquitlam Centre

Went to Fone Eleven and fix my iphone 6s screen . This guy fixed in 15 mins for a reasonable price. Screen works great ! definitely recommended.

I had an iphone 7 which the charging port was damaged, and apple store told me that would be 400 to repair it. Their sales rep recommend to visit FONE 11. And this guy fixed for me for $65 in 45 mins. Outstanding service, would definitely recommend. !!

The guy working at there was totally unprofessional. He used a WIRE CUTTER to bend the housing of my iPhone as it was dented and screen broken. He bent it in order to change the screen. However this idiot hacked the top portion of my phone so bad that there is striped cut/dents running along the top of my phone. I'm not even a repair guy and I would have used proper pliers. I was still so polite and asked for discount which he denied. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. He doesn't even have proper tools.

Purchased a battery for my phone this past Friday, with 1 week warranty. The sales person told me to charge it as it was dead out of the box.After 7+hours charging, still stone dead.Monday went back,different sales person asked me to come back Weds to see the original guy which I found ridiculous.After much insisting on my part he called the original guy and after a conversation refunded my money. Not impressed at all.

The person working at this kiosk told me that I could unlock my phone and it would work with Wind Mobile. However, when I unlocked 2 phones ($60), the provider said the network couldn't find my phone. Won't go back again.
