Terrible! I called over 2 weeks in advance to cancel my daughters birthday as my son had finally recieved a time for surgery on the day prior which obviously I am not going to post pone. So first off I have to deal with a disappointed little girl, then I have to deal with the fact my son has surgery.. and I explained my reasoning and they denied me a refund. They offered me to reschedule and unfortunately don't know what I'll be doing in a years time and would just prefer me $50 deposit.
