The vets at this clinic are always friendly and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. Highly recommend them.

We had taken our pets here for years but will never go again. The vet suggested X-rays and then told us they wanted to consult with someone and would get back to us with results. We called twice and left messages requesting any updates (because you can’t actually get through to speak to anyone!) but no one returned our calls. Five days later we went to another clinic that was able to get the X-rays transferred over, see us the same day and explain the results to us. Very poor client service.

Happy with it before until today. Reception was rude, make you wait over an hour still can't go see the vet. Poor service will not go again. Not recommend at all.
