Poor Service, Poor Attitude

Defective windshield for the 2nd time in 1 month. When I told the manager, Michael, that my windshield was leaking, he laughed me off and said water gets tracked into the car from the rain and to go home. He was extremely rude to me and made me feel crazy, wouldnt even look into it. Ended up that the windshield was defective and had been flooding water through the car for a month. I told him about the problem again when my computer system crashed in my car and he was again very rude & dismissive

Two nice guys here did a great job explaining the process to me, any risks etc of repairing my chip. Even showed me the process of fixing the chip as it happened. Really reasonable and fast. Book appointment online or via phone to guarantee fast service.

Someone needs to ...

Someone needs to tell the clerk with the South African accent that CUSTOMERS are able to rate his shop online. Minus 5 is my rating. He is rude, unhelpful & tried to make me sign off on an imaginary scuff on my front bumper. It was actually muck & rain & I wiped it off, but he still tried to make me sign off on it as a scuff. I refused so he scribbled out the x on the form & I signed. Another customer was there complaining about the shoddy work. Awful customer service. Two thumbs down.
