Penticton Appliance Sales

Was very impressed with this business. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Had it delivered from Penticton to our home in Oliver. They phoned the morning of delivery and gave a two hour window for delivery and they were definitely on time. The 2 gentlemen were wonderful. Very polite, efficient, and polite. If I need another appliance I would go to this store first. Free delivery and take away of old product was definitely a bonus to us.

Buyer Beware!! Most retailers have sales, quoting x dollars off the MSRP. I only just discovered Penticton Appliances increases the amount of the MSRP, before giving the discount. I ordered 6 appliances, and discovered they had slipped in an extra $350. that way. When I discovered it, and asked about it, I was told that was to cover their FREE delivery, and the fact that they have service people to repair any problems you have later. They refused to change what they were doing, so I cancelled.
