I am a business owner myself who sent a large job to be done here, It was 3 different prints I needed printed 20 times each on 8x10 and was forced to pay for half the order up front, only reason I agreed was I needed the job done quickly for a last minute pop up shop. When I went in not only was my work not started there were only proofs for me to approve. The owner changed the contrast on my finished
