Artel Salon

I've never been treated so terribly. My hair cut and my colour were pretty bad, really bad. I've never had such a bad haircut but the complete lack of care when I tried to talk to the stylist was even worse. I have been crying for weeks over my experience here. I don't know what else to say other than avoid this salon at all costs. The manager and owner have also done nothing even though I've emailed and asked to talk to someone.

Great hair salon. Eliza is a terrific stylist. Highly recommended.
