A traditional Italian snack, Arancini are balls of rice stuffed with cheese and a combination of veggies or meat, coated in breadcrumbs and fried. With choices like eggplant parmesan and spinach ricotta, these “snacks” are pretty much meals in themselves. They might only cost a few bucks a piece, but I would suggest eating only one at a time, lest you fall prey to a mid-afternoon carb coma.
