I've been going to "Diana's" as it used to be called for years. I've spent thousands in the shop, and used to love it. But lately the service has gone way down. When I asked what the warrenty on their boots was I got "within a reasonable time" when I tried to return a pair of pants the employees were very rude and made me feel like my business was unwanted. I'm all for supporting local shops, but unfortunately this is one customer that will not be returning. I'll spend my hard earned money at marks.
