    Zero empathy and terrible bedside manner. Was told people in worse condition than me learn to 'deal' with extreme pain. Complaint to executive assistant went unanswered. Find someone better if you are a person of color.

    The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. I have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. The quality of treatment and professionalism that has been provided to me was exceptional, as the staff and doctor have gone above and beyond to help me. I felt completely guided throughout my injury, and recovery. So happy and grateful for this incredibly awesome place, thank you so much!

    Reception has been pretty busy when I've gone in, but they remain courteous and respectful. I've seen both Dr. Landells and Dr. Pugh and both made me feel to be in very competent hands. Thank you!
