There seems to be a problem in the office where it takes a long time to obtain a Referal. There does not seem to be a scheduled time if the doctor does a telephone consultation. When going in for a physical examination at an elderly age, my doctor only did a basic hematology panel, no cholesterol or diabetes blood tests were done, therefore a patient has no indication that they may have elevated cholesterol.
Every single time I make an appt whether it be a week or a month earlier, I’m always waiting an hour and half to just get into the Dr’s room. What is the point of making an appointment if it doesn’t even go by appointment time. I have a job, I have errands to run. I don’t have all morning to waste my time in a waiting room when I won’t be able to see him at the booked time. The ladies might be nice and the Dr but the waiting is extremely ridiculous. From now on I will just go to a walk in clinic
