BAD COMMUNICATION
I drove across town to pick up something that I knew this particular Bulk Barn had today (Sunday, Jan 8/12). I checked the hours listed prior to leaving. Upon arriving there, I found the doors locked with staff obviously inside. When they saw me (as well as several other people) outside, they simply smiled and waved... At this point the obvious good customer service thing to do would have been to come to the door and explain why customers were not being allowed in to shop (since no explanation was posted on the door)...waving was totally rude and not the way to foster good customer relations.
