Love! Well curated selection of books/gifts for every age. Informed staff. Tall Grass Prairie Cafe is fresh and delicious, my daughter and I especially love their walk up deli counter, we go there to get a pastry for her & a coffee for myself (we always buy a loaf of fresh bread when we are there as well!) We never leave without checking out their area with books and learning toys for kids upstairs. Complete with a play area and a basket of books for the kids to read. Great job McNally!

Didn't hate it, ...

Didn't hate it, i called 6 times and finally someone anwered the phone, i ordered a book and wanted to know if it was in,it wasn't, so i said i would call again. I called 8 times and still no one is answering. I called the store on market and they answered right away, they couldn't check for me. I just think that if you have abusiness and a phone, you need to answer it . I wouldn't make the mistake of ordering from them again. I will go back to chapters
