RG fixed my grinding Samsung dryer with the original part from the manufacturer effectively. He explained the diagnostic process, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He charged for diagnostic service, part at cost, and time by the type of job performed per his workbook; a new pricing experience for me, nevertheless, I am happy with the process and result.
Our fridge was fixed in a very professional and timely manner - we would definitely use this service again and we would recommend it to all of our friends.
I recently hired Rgprado Appliance Service to fix a GE over the range Microwave oven. Their service was prompt and efficient. They did a great job and gave me a full explanation for everything they did. I would definitely hire them again.

Jun provided same day service. He is respectful, knowledgeable and honest. Should we have another appliance needing repair we would not hesitate to call him again.
My dryer had no heat and Jun had me troubleshoot over the phone to see if I could avoid paying for a service call. That didnt happen, but Jun was able to pinpoint the problem quickly once he arrived. The dryer was fine, but some of the wiring to the dryer outlet had been fried. Jun, who is also an electrician, was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend! I only gave 4/5 stars because he wrote recorded the wrong house #, and I had to flag him down before he drove away.
Jun is a reliable, honest and professional Service Appliance Technician. He called ahead and arrived on time. He explained the work that was required and completed it in a timely fashion.
