I have been to Moncton about a dozen times in the past 3 years. My first experience with Air Cab was excellent. Prompt, professional and friendly. Why mess with a good thing. I have kept using them and have not been disappointed. I have recommended them to my fellow business associates and will continue to do so. Keep up the excellent service.

Excellent service

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a drive, the drivers are always very friendly and don't mind making extra stops. I've never had anything but good experiences with Air cab and I'll be using them from now on.

Terrible service and they lie to customers

24 hrs earlier, we called Air Cab and booked a taxi for 0700 hrs Dec. 27, 2012 to go to the airport. Day of flight, no cab arrived. I phoned Air Cab and was told that the driver had a flat tire and that a taxi would be arriving in 6 or 7 minutes. At 0730 hrs still no taxi arrived, family member had to take his own car to the airport at 0730 hrs otherwise he would miss his flight. I phoned Air Cab to advise. One minute later a cab pulled into my driveway and just parked there idling his engine. I went out after a few minutes. The driver opened his door and thought we still wanted a cab. I told him he had been expected for 0700 hrs. He said he had been contacted by the dispatcher only at 0705 hrs to come to this address. I said we were told he had a flat tire. He said he never had a flat tire and he apologized. Air Cab lied to us and is unreliable. Will never use again. They do not even deserve a one-star rating. Zero star rating.
