After 2 visits our washing machine is still not repaired and it's brand new. Damage done to my new bathroom wall from 1st visit. Bottom of the barrel customer service. No empathy for me not able to wash bedding due to a fecally incontinent individual in my household. 2 plus months waiting on a part and no apology and still not fixed. Call 1st Choice. Kens shouldn't be in business as they are useless and were cruel to me as a customer.
