Rude and unwelcoming! I stopped my vehicle for literally 30 seconds in the driveway while my wife took a picture of the hillside. I was approached by a man from the office who angrily waved at me to leave back on to the highway. I noted the sign said there were 4 rooms available. If I was contemplating staying there,I definitely would not now based on the this behaviour. (I know he worked there because he started working on the flowers after my wife returned and I drove away. Unbelievably rude.
Just so we are clear, there were signs that clearly indicated that parking was not allowed in the entrance lane and paying guests would be unable to get into their rooms due to this vehicle in the laneway. This person was "politely" asked to remove his vehicle so patrons would have access. Our guests come first, people taking pictures can park on the road or at the end of the parking lot on the other side of the street, so this level of "entitlement" is not acceptable to us. Please read signs.
