I want to add my support for your 25 storey proposal for the Willow Tree corner. Most people do not realize that its present shabby ten storey office tower equals a 12 storey residential tower in height. Perhaps, A.P.L. could guarantee that the lower 5 floors of the proposed tower would provide apartments for lower income residents. Wind is a factor when one passes the Park Victoria tower, etc., but that is due to poor design concepts of the 1960's. I sent my support design to our Councillors.
