Fran Received Her Education Through The Nova Scotia Teacher'S College, Dalhousie And Mount Saint Vincent Universities. From 1960 -1971 She Went On To Teach In Several Area Schools. She Opened Busy Bee Nursery School In 1974, And In 1985 The First Busy Bee Day Care Was Built And Opened In Lake Echo.
