Dreadful. Just dreadful.

The worst elements of a chain restaurant. Tasteless food, overly enthusiastic service, noisy atmosphere. I've been twice and will not be returning, unless forced to!

Arrived Late Evening , 7:30 PM, past the rush for Dinner hour on a tuesday. Several minutes staring at an empty Host/Hostess Desk. Eventually Hostess arrives to seat guest, presented with menu , advised Waiter/Waitress will be by shortly. 10 minutes go by. Waiter serving nearby Table asks if I have been served yet. Appologizes for delay, but is able to take order. Advise That I am in a rush. Says Server will be back with order. Server arrives in short order (Different person than order taker). Order Taker (Stephen ) Pleasant, hapy to serve. Server, not so much. barly asked if all was well with meal after delivery. Two Scales of Service - Original Order Taker, Fast Helpful, 2nd Order server, slow, un-enthused. (Probably more interested in Blonde Hostess?) Meal was an excellent blend of Pasta Sauce, Chicken and Mushrooms. Coffe was Piping Hot. (WooHoo). Salad was Crisp, with a generous amount of freash grated cheese on top. Like I said earlier two different grades of service, Permanent Staff (Great Service), and possibly Part-Time staff (Not so good).
