Factory Shoe

I had the worst customer service experience ever. They were rude and unprofessional. They would not accept a return after 2 days because they said it was damaged. My brother and my boyfriend bought shoes and immediately after I returned them because why would I give more of my money to a company like this. When she was issuing the return she tried charging my credit card again for the shoes I was returning. I was livid and will never return to this store.
