As a board member, I found City Sites to manage, lead and support our condo board tirelessly, at times going above and beyond the call of duty to secure the best outcomes! Top marks for the company!!!

City Sites PM has been one of the biggest assets to our building following our switch from our previous property management company. They have followed our vision for the building and community, and have always been available for help without ever being overbearing or self-serving. We havent received complaints about City Sites as we used to with our prior company, and are impressed by the quality of their services and professionalism.

City Sites took over from our previous manager last year and have provided us with excellent service, rapid response and they have saved our condo $$$$

The worst Management ever I have seen - They start with lot of promise and extended hours to getting contract and after 6 months they start showing actual color .
