Seriously this is the worst courier company ever. Up until now I thought Fedex was always the best courier brand but not only they havent delivered my package on time, there is no way you can complain about them. Never ever I will use this again.

I have paid 100 hundred dollars for a delivery I was told was shipped to me on July 7, 2020 and I have not received it. I am legally blind and having a terrible time trying to find out where my parcel is and make arrangements to have it delivered. I am also a senior disabled citizens in a wheelchair and think this is disgusting considering the parcel is only worth 40.00 and is small and light.
