We had them as our management company where I live for about 10 years - Speaking personally, I have nothing good to say about them - and give them one star because it is required by this site -

They recently were hired to run our co-op. They have very little understanding of dealing with a community of a mixed population. Both the repairs and cleaning are lagging behind. We recently had our laundry machines changed, but the admin did not notify us of the day and time or the new rates for using the machines.
