The website had shown $3.50 for their garlic naan and I was charged $5 for them. I ordered two so I thought I would be charged $7 for both plus tax but was instead charged 10 plus tax. When I addressed this matter with the manager, she said she would look into it. They took the website down and updated it and called me back. She said I made a mistake and that their website does in fact show $5 for their naan and rudely said it wasn't them and I need to find my $3.50 garlic naan somewhere else.
I thought this restaurant was fantastic! Great atmosphere and friendly and quick service. I believe the owner served us and she was delightful to talk with. The food was great and price was very reasonable. (I ordered channa masala). Both my friend and I were very happy overall. 5 stars
The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Very ill-mannered and rude cashier/server lady. Bad customer service. Hidden charges. Firstly, the food came after 45 minutes of ordering and she wasn't even apologetic when I complained. Secondly, when other people from a different table started complaining about food and service, she just walked away. Very bad mannered lady. Lastly, she charged us $9.30 as server gratuity without even asking us and paid no heed when we argued. Don't even visit this place. Not worth your time and money. Find a better place where you can enjoy the good and customer service.
Service was bad food wasted awful. The owner/manager was the worst. Do your self a favor and do not go there as you will just waste your money
Went there on a Labour Day weekend with family. Being an Indian and fan of Indian cuisine I had seen decent reviews about the restaurant so we wanted to try out. But the tomato soup starter had offensive taste.(definitely not the Indian Tomato Soup we normally have) That part was okay... since they might end up messing the food. Now comes the interesting part... When we complained about the same, the manager walks up to me and says: "I'm sorry sir but we don't know your taste... And you will have to pay!" Instead of asking what is the problem or offering something other/better from the menu. Having Spend 10 years in the Service industry that was the "rudest" encounter at any restaurant I ever came across. The Main Entree was okish. (sweetish when they promised something medium spicy..) but at least edible. So in short.. I will suggest every "Indian" indian food connoisseur to AVOID. For any non-indian they can tell them its anything and they will beleive. And if you still do the blunder I did its purely your choice.....
