rate 0 if there is an option, i won't recommend this company for sending money , hope people will read ratings before sending money through mabini very very very slow takes month before it will be deposited to the bank. i sent money feb 21, 2017 and still not deposited to the bank account i sent it to....frustrated

Worst experienced. I waited for atleast 3 weeks for the money, and yet, the money is NOT ready to be released. They should close.

Pros: You can send money online. Cons: -It's not a same day remittance. So this service can't be used to send money for emergency. -I availed of the Visa card that they're offering. It took more than 3 months just for the card to be sent to my recipient. I actually forgot about the card and remembered that I paid for it, that's when I made a follow up with Mabini. In the end, I asked my son just to throw the card. I lost interest in using that option to send money.

First and absolut...

First and absolutely would be the last experience. The same day pick up, isn't real. My dad didn't get the money when he's in Manila at the right time. When we get a refund, the service fee is not refundable. Why is that? Its not our fault tho. Definitely won't recommend this remittance to anybody. Stick to Western Union. Full refundable is practice especially if its not the customers fault why the money couldn't get by the recipient.
