Horrible

HORRIBLE. I will never order from them again. They screwed up my order and when I called the manager said that he was too busy to send out what I had actually ordered. He told me that if I let it slide then he would give me my next order free. I called a few weeks later for my free order and he refused to honour his word. He said that he would only free food he would send would be the food he had screwed up on the last order. Logically why would I agree to wait two weeks for the food that I had paid for? It doesn’t make sense. When I screw up a client’s project I don’t tell the client I’ll fix their first project when they hire me to do a second project. Bad business and illogical. I called Mamma’s head office multiple times on multiple days to try and get a refund. They never answered and no one ever returned any of my calls. I will never order from this company again. I will never eat from Mamma’s Pizza again, not even if the food was free.
